Pre-order means you can place an order for a dress before it has been fully manufactured or stocked. This allows us to raise funds, test demand, and make sure that what we produce matches what customers want.
Once the pre-order period ends (or after a minimum number of orders is reached), we begin production, and finally ship to you.
When you pre-order, you’re helping us make our dream real by ensuring we only produce what’s truly wanted, cutting waste and avoiding overproduction. You help us test which styles, colours or sizes really resonate. Plus, you get something special in return—early access, exclusive variants, and maybe better pricing. Best of all, you become part of bringing something meaningful into the world.
We will clearly indicate the estimated delivery date at the time of pre-order.
There may be delays due to manufacturing, shipping or raw material sourcing; if so, we’ll communicate with you promptly.
Expected lead time is approx 3 months.
While we aim to adhere strictly to the timeline, sometimes delays occur (materials, factory, shipping).
In such cases, we will notify pre-order customers as soon as possible, explaining the cause and giving a new estimated delivery date.
You will pay in full at the time of pre-order, just like any other purchase.
Pre-order items may be offered at a special / discounted price compared to post-launch price.
All taxes, duties, fees will be charged separately– specify based on your business and region.
Because pre-orders are custom or produced specifically in response to orders, our return policy may differ (limited returns).
If you change your mind before production starts / before shipping, you may be able to cancel. After production starts or after shipment, cancellation / returns follow our standard policy.
Exchanges (size, color) might be possible depending on stock / production constraints.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking.
Shipping cost and estimated delivery time depend on your location. We’ll list shipping options and cost at checkout.
For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties / taxes.
If it’s before the pre-order period ends / before production begins, we may be able to accommodate changes. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
After production is complete and shipment begins, you’ll get a tracking number.

We’ll send email updates at major stages: order confirmation → production start → shipping → delivered.
